Updating Your You Are a CEO Membership

Use this article to update or upgrade your membership & update your payment method with ease.

How do I know what membership I currently have?

To easily find out what membership you have, log in to You Are a CEO from the web or the mobile app.

Please see the steps below if you are logging in on the web:

  1. Click App Logins in the upper right corner of the page

  2. Select You Are a CEO App Login from the drop-down

  3. Log in with the email and password you used to create your account

    1. If you don't remember your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen to reset your password.

    2. If you are unable to reset your password, email customer support: [email protected]

  4. Once logged in, open the menu and navigate to the My Subscription page

  5. Click Edit Subscription

  6. Select from the memberships available, then click Confirm Update

Please see the steps below if you are logging in from the Mobile App:

  1. Open the You Are a CEO App on your Mobile Device

    1. If you are already logged in, proceed to Step 2

      1. If you are not logged in already, log in using the email and password you used to create your account

      2. If you don't remember your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen to reset your password.

      3. If you are unable to reset your password, email customer support: [email protected]

  2. Tap the Gear Icon βš™οΈ in the upper right corner of the app

  3. Scroll down and tap Membership Status

  4. Tap the orange button that says Manage

  5. Click Edit Subscription

  6. Select from the memberships available, then click Confirm Update

How do I learn about all the membership options available?

For existing members: Log in to your You Are a CEO Account

Navigate to the My Subscription Page.

For Mobile:

  1. Tap the Gear icon
    Open the app and tap the Gear icon (βš™οΈ) in the top-right corner of your screen to access your settings.

  2. Tap Membership Status>>Manage

  3. Tap Edit Subscription

  4. Select View More to Learn About the Memberships

For Web:

  1. Click the 3 lines in the upper left corner to open the menu

  2. Click My Account>>My Subscription

  3. Tap Edit Subscription

  4. Select View More to Learn About the Memberships
