How to Cancel Your Membership

Learn how to cancel you You Are a CEO membership from the web and mobile app

Please see the steps below if you are logging in on the web:

  1. Click App Logins in the upper right corner of the page

  2. Select You Are a CEO App Login from the drop-down

  3. Log in with the email and password you used to create your account

    1. If you don't remember your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen to reset your password.

    2. If you are unable to reset your password, email customer support: [email protected]

  4. Once logged in, open the menu and navigate to the My Subscription page

  5. Click Edit Subscription

  6. Click Cancel Subscription

  7. Click I'm Sure to confirm cancellation

Your membership will end before your next billing date.


The steps are similar from the Mobile App. Please see below:

Please see the steps below if you are logging in from the Mobile App:

  1. Open the You Are a CEO App on your Mobile Device

    1. If you are already logged in, proceed to Step 2

    2. If you are not logged in already, log in using the email and password you used to create your account

      1. If you don't remember your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen to reset your password.

      2. If you are unable to reset your password, email customer support: [email protected]

  2. Tap the Gear Icon βš™οΈ in the upper right corner of the app

  3. Scroll down and tap Membership Status

  4. Tap the orange button that says Manage

  5. Click Edit Subscription

  6. Click Cancel Subscription, then click I'm Sure to confirm cancellation.

Your membership will end before your next billing date.
